Read very carefully the following official quotes.  "Olivine of the
Shirokovsky rock was not equilibrated with the matrix melt." and "The
clast-laden melt was cooled and crystallized rapidly, under oxidizing
conditions."

Sounds exactly like what you would expect from a blast furnace.  This thing
was not created in a reducing environment.  It was created in an oxidizing
environment and cooled very quickly with no equilibration.  Ordinary sand
could be suspended in the metal under these conditions.  Cool water quick
enough and you could suspend lead in an ice cube.
