Everyone does realize that your bank account number and your bank's routing number is printed at the bottom of every US check that you mail to pay your bills, right?

So where its problem ? I can send here my german bank account, my 2 polish accounts for basic operations and I know that its safe. IF, somehow someone can steal money from my account (but how without any informations about internet banking passwords and "one time use" paswords for money transfers) my bank is insured and all unautorised transfers is a problem of bank, not mine. Or maybe US banking system work really different ?
