Hi List, These flakes are becoming more descriptive all of the time. He even has an image of the "Mother Stone" under which the "UFO Meteorite" was found. I think the coined term "Mutha Stone" would be great for describing some of these pieces. It could also be used to describe some NWA and Omani "Main Masses" that weigh less than some of their respective pairings.
Here is his description, sounds similar to a certain catalog that was recently sent out to meteorite collectors. He better copyright this one and protect the coordinates: ******************** This UFO is baseball size with rich features of Rust, Ebony and Ivory. Flakes of sparkling Diamond like crystals adorn this gem stone. Found under a mother stone as big as a Voltswagon this Meteorite is one in a million found on this Planet. ******************** Here is the link that has been hit over a hundred times: http://cgi.ebay.com/UFO-Meteorite-discovered-in-1945-on-farm-in-Ohio_W0QQitemZ6592928472QQcategoryZ3239QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem I wonder if he was sniffing-the-sauce when he came up with this one? Oh well, some cheap entertainment for some of us who are bored.
