And I mean factual mistakes, poor writing doesn't count:

" . . . said he may have found what could be one of the largest 
meteorites ever reported."


Maybe, could be, possibly?

Anyway, 1,500 pounds of fragments doesn't count as a single "largest" 
meteorite.
