All three would be a very good base for a beginner.

Hello List,
I've been lurking for a while and thought it was
time to say hello.
I have a newbie question that I'd like answered, if
you could.
Which is the essential book one must have when they
start collecting?
As you can see, I am pretty new to the hobby. Any
help would be appreciated.
Thank you for your time,

That's easy!
You need a copy of "Meteorites from A to Z".
It lists all the meteorites you are likely to see on
sites or on Ebay.
Just let me know if you want one.
And Welcome to the List.
