I tired to find a copy on line but could only scare up an abstract.

Anyone have this article available?

If you have a good university library near you, especially one with an astronomy department, you may find they carry Icarus. If not, you can probably ask your local public library to get you a copy via interlibrary loan. You may have to fork out some bucks for that. You can download a copy (in pdf format) from Science Direct at

http://www.sciencedirect.com/science?_ob=ArticleURL&_udi=B6WGF-4731774-1T8&_coverDate=08%2F31%2F1976&_alid=467932704&_rdoc=1&_fmt=&_orig=search&_qd=1&_cdi=6821&_sort=d&view=c&_acct=C000050221&_version=1&_urlVersion=0&_userid=10&md5=2e0c94f34b27f8ef1c491628b0b69343

but this will cost you $30 unless you have access from a library with a subscription that allows for free downloads.
