Hi Doug, Well, firstly I thought your answer was very witty indeed! And yes, I DID try to resolve this as a 'gedankenexperiment' and failed which is why I did pose the question. I am glad that it has provoked some thoughts and that perhaps it was a reasonable question to ask after all. I have taken certain assumptions.... that the environment is STP and zero G - not micro or milli-gravity, but zero.
I still that it would make an excellent environment for making mayo! But think of the interesting materials one could make - metal/ceramic combos .. and so on!
