Howard and all, I'm guessing that Steve has stooped to caps usage because everyone has been ignoring his various trade offers, giveaways, ads and all the other cries for attention he's been inundating the list with. Positive or negative, it doesn't matter. Just as long as it's about HIM.
He even sent a test message to the list in caps. Apparently, he's agitated by the lack of agitation that he so sorely depends on.
