I agree entirely with you.
Ken is out of town right now, just a short vacation, and he probably won't  
respond.
 
So I will respond for him.
Ken is a retired Director of the IMCA, a very knowledgeable and diplomatic  
person. He does his very best to educate sellers on Ebay and offers to help  
them. And many do listen and change or close their auctions. Only the stubborn  
and most-likely fraudulent ones end up on his site.
A site that anyone who buys on Ebay should have book-marked.
