Regarding thin sections, quality here counts even much much more than with the
usual meteorite hardware sales of just a few grams! This is because you are
dealing with **VERY FINE** microscopically relevant detail and structure, and
you have to rely on high profile preparation of a meteorite cross-section,
which is crucial for quality considerations, much more than it is in the more
macroscopic world, where you may well live with a somehow tapered slice or
something like this for your naked eyes or a low mag microscope. I have seen
toooo many meteorite thin sections offered cheaply via Ebay, these not even
getting close in quality to the sections I would prefer as a collector. So be
careful, and, as always, know your dealer...

This is just a side-comment, Marcin, to your special mail here, regarding thin
sections. I know you are and have always been a reliable and
high-quality-dealer, so I hope this reputation will extend to the very special
strewnfields of thin sections also... :-)
