it's strange, i use chropost now there is over 7 years in morroco,and i send to
all my custmers using mostly chronopost ,
well i have never lost any package,
but well , if you send boxs recomended airmail morroco poste, they are tracked
and safe , also you can use EMS it's safe too,;
the most important with chronopost is that you can track the shipment,
well there is fedex everywhere in morroco now and also dhl, and there is in
casablanca a branch of UPS.
so , i do not see why to worry.
if you lost a package with chropost you have to put a reclamation, and they
will track the shipment.
