YES. Over the last year the Italian postal service has caused much mayhem and madness for me. I wonder if we have the same buyers making the same claims? Same scams going down or just an extremely corrupt postal service in Italy? I hate to lump the whole Italian Postal Service into a toilet category, but NO other postal service has even come close to being so corrupt. The next worse in my experience is the GERMAN CUSTOMS, who sometimes hold on to packages for months! They don't seem to be corrupt, just after every penny they can get for customs duty. They are very slow sometimes.
