Hi Pete and all, It looks like slag because of the way the bubbles are so spherical and also the surface color and texture. The auction for it has ended and nobody bid on it. Good! :-) I wonder if the guy has been trying to sell it for a couple years. Notice the date stamp at the bottom of the photos. They say 01/03/2006!
