I can't really make out the times very clearly. I wasn't sure if this
was true timelapse, or triggered timelapse. In the former case, it
obviously isn't a meteor of course. Good point about the Moon, which was
setting about that time just north of west. The green color is kind of
interesting.

Look at the times in the video frames: I can't read the times in the early frames with the object quite well, but it appears this object was visible for at least an hour. Remember it is a time lapse sequence, not a true real-time movie!

This is much too long for a fireball.

Frankly, I think it is just a time-lapse sequence of the moon descending to the horizon.
