Hello all, I wonder why on Earth everyone is so quiet about Richard O. Norton´s new wonderful book on this list:

You may order it via your local bookshop here in Europe, but then again it will be much more expensive than US Amazon offers it right now. And it works! I just had my two copies in the mail today. With 11 days delivery time from US to Europe via the "expedited international shipping" option, and no customs tax in my case, this is a very good deal for a book order from the United States. And the price (see above) is almost unbeatable!
