One package I received labelled "Mineral Specimens" was taxed as vitamins.
Another package I received labelled "Meteorites" was taxed as antiques!
I have had one small slice of Enstatite chondrite declared "pottery for
decoration" (and taxed accordingly) by customs once :-p
