Hello Pete,
Definitely no comparison! In fact, Habibi said he would have Dr. Jambon
email me the "classification" of "5790". Never happened!
Best regards,
Greg

Subject: [meteorite-list] Random or maybe ??????
Hello, list,
What are the chances that two consectitive numbered meteorites will both
be from Mars?
Even more so, they are different Martian meteorites....
I'm asking about NWA 5789 and NWA 5790.
The former is announced by Greg and the later by
Aziz.
I'm by no means an expert, so I can't tell from the description, if they
are related or not.
It sure the heck would help if we knew the exact
find location of each of these exquisite pieces.
