As a small amount of the Almahata Sitta meteorite (in other words, fragments of asteroid 2008 TC3) have recently appeared on the collectors market, I want to bring up the idea to collect some money to donate on of these sample to Richard Kowalski. Richard is founder of the Minor Planer Mailing List (MPML) and discoverer or 2008 TC3. Richard is also a meteorite collector, and I hardly can think of any collector that deseves such a specimen more than Richard.
