Hi Tom, All,

Wait a minute. To my novice eyes, this stone sure looks like a meteorite to me. 
Being found amongst a pile of unclassified NWAs suggests to me that this does 
not belong where this was found. Are darkly crusted terrestrial basalt usually 
found on this desert? Could this be an Earthite? Basalt blasted from the Earth 
to return much later? If so, this might turn out to be historic.
