Thanks for the email, this is a group project between Jim Strope, Robert Ward, Shauna Russell, and myself. We will be posting some more info in a day or two. The fieldwork in Springwater has been underway for over one and a half years, with thousands of kilometers of gridding cleaning the strewnfield as we have mapped it. The recovery of the newest Springwater pallasite occurred in spring 2009, 78 years after Nininger purchased the first piece and identified it as an amazing pallasite.
