Here's a question for everyone. The answer may be simple, or it may be complex.
Does anyone know if ANY meteorite has been found to contain ANY type, or level of radiation? >From a solar radiation standpoint, I obviously understand that we are closer >to the sun than the origin of most meteorites (for instance, the asteroid >belt)... but what affect does the Earths atmosphere have on radiation levels >versus the vacuum of space? Does it have a shielding or magnifying affect?
