Thank you John, for posting the superb pictures. Very interesting to see these 
"old" specimens and how they were identified. I, for one, would be interested 
in what medium, or technique, was used to mark them and if it was permanent. 
Kind of looks like it lasts, as these may have been labeled over a hundred and 
twenty five years ago.
