Hi Jason,

I am aware of all of these published catalogs.
Maybe I wasn't clear enough. I'm talking about self published "print on demand" 
books by companies like Blurb, Lulu, CafePress, U-Print, Kodak, Apple (which is 
Kodak), etc.

I'm not asking about large runs of catalogs from institutions or major dealers, 
but instead I am asking if anyone has made a single book copy of their personal 
collection as the hard copy of their database.
