Hello Listers, Here is an article I just read from the Chicago Tribune that covers the WI meteorite. According to the article, Terry Boudreaux and his two sons happen to have to run into a farmer that was a witness to the meteorite fall which resulted in a hammer. The farmer stated that a rock had bounced off his shed around 1010, the same time the night of the fireball in the sky over Wisconsin had happened. The farmers neighbor came up to them and had told Terry about a meteorite he might have found on his land and sold the 11 gram meteorite to Terry for $200 with one condition, that he would go to the local school and give a lecture to the school children.
