A Closer Look at Daphnis Jet Propulsion Laboratory July 06, 2010 NASA's Cassini spacecraft has captured the closest images of Saturn's moon Daphnis to date. In these raw images obtained on July 5, 2010, the moon can be seen orbiting in a rift known as the Keeler Gap in one of Saturn's rings. The Cassini-Huygens mission is a cooperative project of NASA, the European Space Agency and the Italian Space Agency. JPL, a division of the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, manages the Cassini mission for NASA's Science Mission Directorate, Washington, D.C.
