Hi Kevin and List, I don't quite qualify re: opinions sought because I have my copy of this book on my shelf but I wouldn't want seeing:
- many photos deleted, - color illustrations eliminated, - the quality of the paper diminished. And, I wouldn't need a pdf-format nor an eBook (Apple).
