while talking with the train engineer where I work he mentioned seeing 6
meteors falling in procession wedensday night between 1 and 3am central time.
He had never seen more than two fall at the same time before. In order to see
them from the train thay had to be relatively low in the western sky. He also
said they were moving relatively slow compared to other meteorites he had
observed. There were too many lights around for him to give an exact location
in the sky but with us moving in the outer trail of Hartly 2 it gives more
creedence to a shower from the comet. Cheers Steve Dunklee
