I emailed the guy anyway and asked about the weight. His response was a restatement of the above. I think I'll apply his concept to my bidding - I will only divulge the currency that I pay with after I win the numerical bidding contest. Algerian Dinars is a possibility, but I'm not promising anything because Pakistani rupees also look good.
