On your own property fine. If on a city street who knows. The court case
on who "owns" the rock could be expensive. Health care
costs could be a problem. Most bankers have no sense of practical sense
vision, so I doubt you could get much in the way of a
loan, using the meteorite as collateral. On the other hand, the TV circuit
(Oprah) could bring you a few bucks.
