Aloha listoids,

I am very pleased to announce NWA 6575, a new diogenite from out of the Sahara.
A fresh crusted 135g individual was purchased out of Morocco January 2011, and
has yielded some incredible slices. Dr Tony Irving analyzed the stone for
classification and describes it as a fresh specimen with cataclastic texture,
composed mostly orthopyroxene (Fs21.7-21.9Wo1.4; FeO/MnO = 27.8-31.1) with
accessory chromite, altered Ni-free metal and troilite. I describe it as
simply delicious with beautiful green hypersthene crystals and metallic
inclusions.

I have also pre-released some small slices of NWA 6577, my new polymict eucrite
