Dear List, A large bolide passed near Hatoyama, Saitama, Japan on 7APR2011 (near my house; of course I missed it - winds were blowing to hard to be on the roof) a few hours prior to the earthquake. A photo of the event was taken by an mateur astronomer Mitsuo Muraoka in Hatoyama out of an observatory.
