Dear List,

today I would like to offer two slices of the ultra rare historic Pennsylvania
US iron Mount Joy
The slices are cut from the ETH Zürich 754g mass. .
The backside of the slices are showing the historic backside.
All slices are well prepared and stabilized with the Meteorite protection Kit
produced by " Rusty Bill" ( no lacquer coating).
Mount Joy is showing huge grains with thousands of Neumann lines.
So Mount Joy seams more to be a granulitic Hexahedrite, than a coarsest
Octahedrite.
Even there is a big TKW of 384kg Mount joy is ultra rare on th market. one
reason is for sure , that the main mass is locked at the Vienna Museums
collection.

comes with copy of historic label.

first one is a
65.03g slice 47 x 45 x 6 mm -- 20$/g--1300$
