Well, we do have one fact - the pack that lead NASA were demonstrably incompetent, leaving the citizens of this nation facing a hazard which they refused for over a decade to deal with. Oh yeah, we also have a second fact: Their employees were too gutless to risk their paychecks by saying anything about it. Last I heard, they all got together and went to some obscure conference and whispered about it... just my opinion, ya know... E.P.
