It might even turn out to be a pairing of Armanty (Iron, IIIE ; found in Altay prefecture) or Fukang (Pallasite, PMG ; found just south of the Altay prefecture) If it does turn out to be a stony-iron, this hints at Fukang.
I would like to know where exactly in the Altay prefecture of Xinjiang it was found.
