Hi Alex, Just came by chance across a reference that might be helpful: N,N- Dicyclohexyl-Carbodiimide: Reagent for the spectrophotometric determination of carboxylic acids. Anal. Chem., 47, 34 (1975). Other carbodiimides like EDC (more compatible with aqueous solutions) should work, too.
