There are a few: cycloheximide, G418, anisomycin, emetine, edeine,
aurintricarboxylic acid, pacatmycin, puromycin. Ricin is a potent
irreversible ribosome-inactivating pepetide. Some of those  work on
prokarytotes as well, though.
