Greetings netters I wish to label DNA in live cyanobacteria cells and detect them by fluorescence in the Far-Red/NIR region (above 750nm). Does anyone know about a suitable dye? It needs to emit in >750 nm (preferably >800nm), penetrate live cells and bind to nucleic acids...
