Hi all!
I currently experience some troubles delivering palmitic acid into human
ov-cancer cells and was wondering if someone has ideas/protocols on how to
solubilize palmitic acid (or other long chain fatty acids) so that they don't
precipitate when added to aquaeous solutions (media).
So far i dissolved palmitic acid in ethanol, let it bind to BSA (dissolved in
PBS) and then added it to the media containig my cells, but i'm not quite sure
that the fatty acids where delivered properly into cells.
