Hi DK, thanks for your suggestions. The peptide sequence is CGSSGxxxxxxG with xxxxxx being a sequence from the protein I want to measure. This protein also was used for coating in the ELISA. No Lysines in the sequence. The C was suggested/added by the antibody company for the coupling to KLH.
