Hi,

I just wanted to say, nice job! I actually have no use whatsoever for the
plasmid, but nice to see the pieces put together.

Hi all,

I have the pGreenLantern-1 sequences, both assembled and
from Gibco/Life technologies.

There are differences which are analyzed.

See here
http://nbviewer.jupyter.org/github/BjornFJohansson/pydna-examples/blob/master/pGreenLantern1.ipynb

The theoretical sequence is available at the end of the document.

cheers,
Bjorn
