We have a case where we only have one hour of forecast data.  METRo
crashes for this case:

It looks like METRo can't interpolate with one forecast value.  Should
it be case that METRo has to have more than one hour's worth of forecast
data?  I checked in the documentation on the wiki, but I didn't see any
restrictions regarding the number of hours of forecast data that is
required, so I thought I'd check with you.
