Hello. Can you please confirm that the latest version of METRo is NOT capable of ingesting observed solar radiation inputs into its forecast algorithms? The documentation I can find only points to ingesting forecast values of solar and IR flux in W/m2 (http://documentation.wikia.com/wiki/Input_forecast_%28METRo%29) and I am assuming that this is not the case for observational data.
