Hi, I'm trying to get a clear picture of which road condition units METRo uses for observation input files (sc element). In your documentation, it states that the units are the SSI values. Also, in some of the mailing list posts, I see people using SSI values in their examples. We're currently still using 3.0.0 and we use the NTCIP values which seems to work fine. In addition, it appears the example I/O observation file in the documentation uses NTCIP units.
Does METRo auto-detect which units are being used, or is it configured somewhere? Or has the units requirements changed since 3.0.0 (we're looking to upgrade)? Is there a preferred units - does one work better over another?
