Steve,

Before Mezzanine upgrade, I had changed my requirements.pip file with 
html5lib version as 0.99. I don't know why I did that but it remained there 
and when I rolled back to 0.95 things worked fine. 

Just to be clear, it was not a Mezzanine packaging issue.
