You could use the page_menu templatetag ( https://mezzanine.jupo.org/docs/content-architecture.html#page-menus) to render all the pages in the site and just check if the page is in the sitemap in the template. Then create a template specifically for the sitemap's slug or content type ( https://mezzanine.jupo.org/docs/content-architecture.html#page-templates) that renders the menu.
