Very weird, annoying bug I ran into. This used to work fine, but one day, the tax and shipping started showing in the cart and the billing/shipping stages (before any shipping information is known). Is this a known problem or something minor that I am overlooking? I have not changed anything major, and the things I did change I changed back to the defaults.
