Hey Joel, Mezzanine doesn't provide this out of the box, but it shouldn't be very hard to add by adding Comments and Ratings ( https://mezzanine.jupo.org/docs/utilities.html#threaded-comments) to a User profile (https://mezzanine.jupo.org/docs/user-accounts.html#profiles).
