Hey Oskar, my first guess would be that your browser is caching the files.
If the bootstrap file has the same path in both sites, it may use the file
from the first site you loaded when you load the second.  Performing a hard
refresh in your browser should fix this, you just will need to do that each
time you work on a different site.
