Hi list, Firstly, I'd like to thank Stephen and everyone else contributing to Mezza for their hard work and for making such awesome Django CMS. I love it! I've used Mezza for couple of projects now and I'll be posting some URLs soon for your feedback.
Anyway, I'm stuck with Cartridge's Order model and the user_id not being a FK to the User model. I'd like to display the order history inside admin on the User detail page, like you'd normally do with TabularInline, but I don't know how to do so since the user_id field inside the Order is an IntegerField and not an FK field. I know how to do this on the frontend, but I've looked at everything I came across on the internet on how to achieve this inside ModelAdmin and I can't get it going. If anyone has done this before can you please share some hints. BTW, I posted this on the Django list and didn't get any replies. Also, I have done this on one site where I've introduced a concept of CRM and Contact where I've FK'd an Order model to the Contact model, but I hope I don't have to do something similar on this site. Thanks in advance. Mario -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Mezzanine Users" group.
