I'm using Mezzanine 3.1.10 and am trying to create a custom Admin page view that is not backed by a model. This Admin page will display statistics retrieved from an api call.
What is the best method to: 1. Create the view and register it so it shows up inn the Mezzanine admin? 2. Where should the module exist: under /theme OR in the root of the app?
